Cree y actualice la información de sus contactos, empresas y clientes potenciales cuando alguien responda a un formulario.
At Yay! Forms, we’re always looking for ways to simplify and streamline your workflow. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our native integration with Mailchimp — a powerful solution to automatically send your form responses to your Mailchimp lists, tag contacts, and trigger campaigns without manual effort.
The Mailchimp integration allows you to connect any Yay! Forms form to a Mailchimp audience (list). Once someone submits a form, their data is sent directly to your selected list, with the ability to map custom fields and add both static and dynamic tags — all without needing to write a single line of code.
We hope you enjoy using the Mailchimp integration!
It’s designed to make your lead generation and email marketing smoother, smarter, and more connected.
If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to reach out: [email protected] 😊
Let me know if you’d like a shorter version for use in tooltips, dashboards, or app UI.
Go to the form you want to connect and open the Integrate tab. Click on Mailchimp and select Configure.
Once in the integration screen, connect your Mailchimp account and choose the audience (list) where you want to send the form data.
Next, match your form fields to the corresponding Mailchimp fields.
⚠️ Mapping the Mailchimp email field is required. You must have an email field in your form (visible or hidden).
You can also map other Mailchimp fields using:
All available list fields will be shown automatically for mapping.
Optionally, you can add one or more static tags to each submission. Just click “Add tags to your response” and select the tags you want.
If your form contains multiple choice fields (checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns), you can configure automatic tagging based on the options selected.
Requirements:
Some Mailchimp fields require strict formats. For example:
If you choose to map an address field, Mailchimp requires the following subfields:
If any of these are missing, the data sync may fail. You can skip the address entirely or provide all required subfields.
For country fields, Mailchimp recommends using the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 format (two-letter country code, e.g., US, BR, FR).
While sending the full country name may work, it’s not the preferred method and may cause recognition issues.
