A form builder built by people who depended on form builders
We started Yay! Forms in 2022 because every tool we tried asked us to choose between price, design, and insight. We wanted all three.
What is Yay! Forms?
Yay! Forms is an AI-powered form builder for creating forms, surveys, and quizzes. You describe what you need in a prompt, and the AI builds the form, edits it on request, and configures the conditional logic. When responses arrive, the same AI analyzes them: sentiment, emotion, and keyword extraction are included on every plan, the entry tier included.
Marketing teams get native tracking. On the Plus and Professional plans, Meta Pixel events fire server-side, so conversions reach Meta even when an ad blocker stops the browser pixel, and Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity connect in a couple of clicks. Built-in analytics show the completion rate and question-by-question drop-off, and partial responses are captured when someone abandons the form before submitting.
Each form can run as one question at a time or as classic multi-field pages, and the product ships in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Since 2022, more than 44,000 people have used Yay! Forms to collect over 125 million responses. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
Why we built Yay! Forms
Before Yay! Forms, we were the customers. We captured leads, ran surveys, and built quizzes with the same form builders everyone uses, and each one asked us to accept the same trade. The affordable tools looked generic and said nothing about the people answering. The beautiful ones charged enterprise prices for basic marketing features. The analytical ones buried insight behind tiers we couldn't justify.
We wanted all three in one product: pricing that fits a real budget, design we'd be proud to put in front of a customer, and responses that turn into insight right inside the product.
So in 2022 we started building it. AI was finally good enough to read thousands of open-text answers and say what they mean, so we built the product around it from the start instead of adding it on later. The roadmap has worked the same way ever since: our users tell us what's missing, and that's what we build next.

What we believe
You are the Product Owner
There is no product owner on our team. Our users own the product: they tell us what they need, and that's what gets built. The changelog is the public record of it.
Read the changelogSeek the Truth
The more you know about your audience's problems and what they want, the better you can serve them with product and marketing. It's the reason we build forms: asking is still the best way to find the truth.
Do your best, and sooner or later, the result comes
When you do things the best way you can, instead of the minimum that ships, the result takes care of itself. People notice, tell someone else, and a virtuous cycle begins.
