NPS (Net Promoter Score) measures loyalty from a single 0-to-10 question. People who give a 9 or 10 are promoters, 7 or 8 are passives, and 0 to 6 are detractors. The final score, from -100 to 100, is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors. In Yay! Forms this is calculated automatically from your responses.
Yes. Yay! Forms calculates the NPS automatically and shows the score with the promoter, passive and detractor split. Today the calculation counts every response, so you cannot yet filter by period to compare, say, one year against another.
