Forms, it automatically creates contacts and organizes leads into boards and stages. You can map form fields to ChatFunnel lists, select a board and stage, and assign static or dynamic tags to categorize responses.
Visual pipeline and tags
After connecting your account, simply choose the board and stage where your form data will be sent, then map your form fields to ChatFunnel fields. You can add static tags or automatically assign tags based on multiple-choice answers to better segment your leads.
Automation and conditional logic
ChatFunnel allows you to set priorities for responses and define conditions that determine when data should be sent. Dynamic tags and priorities help automate follow-ups and trigger workflows based on the respondent’s selections.
