Integrate Yay! Forms with Google Ads

Send form conversions straight to your Google Ads account, server to server, with no tag or Google Tag Manager setup.

Analytics & Reporting

Features

Server-Side Conversions: Each submitted response reports the conversion directly to your Google Ads account. The delivery runs server to server, outside the respondent’s browser.

Automatic Click Capture: Yay! Forms picks up the Google click id (gclid) from the form link on its own, ready to credit the right campaign.

Enhanced Conversions for Leads: The respondent’s email, phone, and name travel in the hashed format Google requires, so the conversion matches even when the click id is missing.

Conversion Conditions: Send the conversion for every response, or only when a condition matches. Write the expression with the form’s fields, or describe the rule in plain language with Write with AI.

Multiple Conversions per Form: Report “Lead” on every submission and “Qualified lead” only above a score threshold. Each row has its own conversion action and its own condition.

One Connection, Many Forms: The Google credential belongs to the workspace. Connect once and reuse the saved account on any form.

Benefits

Smarter Bidding: Feed Google Ads only the leads you want, and the campaigns optimize toward people who qualify.

Accurate Attribution: The conversion is credited to the exact campaign, ad group, and keyword that generated the click.

Nothing to Maintain: The integration lives in Yay! Forms, and your landing page stays as it is.

How to use this integration

The integration is available on the Plus and Professional plans, and the free trial includes it.

Open your form, select the Integrate tab, find the Google Ads card, and click Configure.

The Integrate tab with the Google Ads card

In step 1, connect the Google account that has access to your Google Ads account and choose the account that will receive the conversions. Yay! Forms detects the respondent’s email, phone, and name automatically, and you can map fields manually when your form captures them in questions it can’t detect.

In step 2, pick the conversion action this form should report. The dropdown lists the eligible actions of the account you chose, so there are no IDs to copy and paste.

To count only qualified leads, enable Only send when a condition matches and write the rule with the form’s fields, like a minimum score.

Save, submit a test response, and confirm the delivery in the Logs tab. The full walkthrough, including how to create the conversion action in Google Ads, is in How to integrate Yay! Forms with Google Ads.
